Cancellation and refund policy

At Que Faire Maroc, we strive to provide a smooth and fair experience for both our customers and our local partners.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear, flexible, and transparent.

👉 When booking, you pay a deposit (around 20%) to confirm your activity.
👉 The remaining balance is paid directly to the provider.

1. Cancellation by the customer

You may cancel your booking at any time before the scheduled activity date.

👉 Refund conditions apply only to the deposit paid on the platform.

🔁 Conditions depending on the type of activity

🟢 Flexible activities

(simple organization)

Examples: massage, workshops, classes, coaching, simple leisure activities

  • ✅ Free cancellation up to 24 hours before
  • ❌ Less than 24 hours: deposit non-refundable

🟡 Semi-structured activities

(moderate organization)

Examples: surfing, paddleboarding, jet ski, guided tours, short excursions

  • ✅ Free cancellation up to 48 hours before
  • ❌ Less than 48 hours: deposit non-refundable

🔴 Structured activities

(complex logistics)

Examples: quad biking, safari, diving, long excursions, boat trips, bivouac

  • ✅ Free cancellation up to 72 hours before
  • ❌ Less than 72 hours: deposit non-refundable

🔴 Private or custom activities

(dedicated service)

Examples: private boat, private excursion, events, group bookings

  • ✅ Free cancellation up to at least 72 hours before
  • ❌ Less than 72 hours: deposit non-refundable

👉 Some activities may have specific conditions, indicated on the listing.

📌 Deadlines are calculated according to Morocco local time.

📩 Cancellation requests must be made:

  • or via WhatsApp (number provided in your confirmation)

2. Booking modification

You may request a modification (date, time, participants).

👉 We will do our best to adjust your booking based on availability.

Any modification:

  • depends on the provider
  • may result in a price adjustment

3. Cancellation or modification by the provider

Some activities may be canceled or rescheduled for reasons beyond the provider’s control:

  • weather conditions
  • safety concerns
  • technical issues
  • force majeure

👉 In this case:

  • a new date or equivalent activity will be offered
  • or the deposit will be refunded

4. Cancellation by Que Faire Maroc

Que Faire Maroc may cancel a booking in case of:

  • availability error
  • technical issue
  • provider unavailability

👉 In this case, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

5. Refund timelines

Refunds are processed via the original payment method:

  • bank card
  • Wave
  • Orange Money

⏱️ Processing time: generally between 3 to 10 business days

6. Useful tips

  • Check your availability before booking
  • Contact us if in doubt (weather, conditions)
  • Some activities require a minimum number of participants

👉 In case of cancellation due to insufficient participants: full refund
